Why we publish our prices (and why almost no one in software does)
Why do most software companies hide their prices? Because they want to negotiate.
They want to know how big your company is so they can charge more. They want to gauge your urgency. They want you to call, to book a 45-minute meeting with a salesperson who will show you a slide deck before telling you the number. Hidden pricing is not an accident — it is a tactic.
At TRUJO TECHNOLOGIES, the prices are on the website. That simple.
## What we publish
Three product lines, fixed setup and fixed monthly fee:
POS for businesses — from COP $490,000/month. Biometric system — from COP $690,000/month. Managed infrastructure and DevOps — from COP $390,000/month.
No minimum lock-in. No fine print. The breakdown of what each plan includes is at /precios, with no forms and no "an advisor will contact you."
## Why we do it this way
Because if the software is good, you stay because you want to, not because you are tied down. A mandatory 12-month contract is a confession: it means the company knows you would leave without the clause. We would rather earn next month every month.
Because the client's time is worth something. If the price does not fit, you know in 30 seconds instead of after three meetings. That is respect, not commercial weakness. We save you the sales ritual and save ourselves chasing leads that were never going to close at that price.
Because trust is built on transparency, not tactics. A business that has to hide its price until it sizes you up is already telling you how the relationship will go. We prefer to start with our cards on the table.
## The same logic in everything we do
This transparency is not just about prices. It is the same reason we publish a deployment map at /trust with verifiable telemetry, the reason this blog explains architecture decisions without a marketing filter, and the reason we admit the mistakes we made — like not encrypting sensitive data in the first version until an audit flagged it.
We do not sell fabricated tenure: TRUJO was incorporated in January 2026, and we say so. What we sell is technical capability and real deployments anyone can verify.
## If this resonates
If you are tired of asking for quotes that take days and change depending on who asks, look at the plans directly at /precios. No forms, no mandatory meetings, just the information you need to decide.
And if you have a need that does not fit a published plan exactly, write to wa.me/573172946935 or [email protected], and we will talk it through with numbers on the table from the first message.
