Terms and Conditions of Service

TRUJO TECHNOLOGIES S.A.S.

Version 5.0 — effective as of October 18, 2026.

This is an English translation provided for convenience. The Spanish version is the one that applies: if there is any difference between the two, the Spanish version prevails. Read the Spanish version.

These terms explain, in plain words, what we offer you, how we charge you and what you can expect from us. The idea is simple: nobody takes advantage of anybody and we all win. When you tap «I accept» in your panel, it is recorded with the date and the exact text you read.

1. Who we are

TRUJO TECHNOLOGIES S.A.S. is a technology services company domiciled in Bogotá, D.C., Colombia.

2. What your service includes

Depending on your plan, TRUJO TECHNOLOGIES gives you access to a panel for your business and to tools such as the assistant that serves your customers on WhatsApp and other channels, the point of sale, electronic invoicing and attendance control.

  • What each plan includes (users, channels, modules and usage limits) is always shown in your panel, under My account and My subscription.
  • If you need something your plan does not include, we show it to you and tell you how much it costs before activating it. Nothing is charged to you unless you asked for it.

3. What we ask of you

  • Give us truthful information and keep it up to date.
  • Do not use the service for anything illegal, to deceive anyone or to send unwanted messages.
  • Follow the rules of WhatsApp and Meta for businesses.
  • Do not try to access what does not belong to you or copy the platform (see section 11).
  • Be over 18 years of age.

4. How much you pay and how

  • Your monthly fee is the one shown in My subscription, along with the billing day.
  • You can pay by card (automatic monthly charge, if you authorize it), through the online payment gateway (PSE, Nequi, Botón Bancolombia or card) or by transfer to the accounts we show you in the payment portal. Today we process payments with Wompi and Bold, and we receive transfers and Nequi.
  • The automatic card charge is only activated if you expressly authorize it. You can remove the card whenever you want from My subscription; that does not cancel your service.
  • If you have a free trial period, nothing is charged before it ends.

5. Price changes: with notice, with data and with the right to say no

Your monthly fee never changes overnight or without explanation.

  • Advance notice. We notify you in your panel at least 15 days before the date on which the change would take effect.
  • With the calculation. The notice includes the real numbers from your account on which it is based: for example, how many orders the assistant confirmed, how much it sold and how many messages it handled. We never raise a monthly fee with less than 30 days of data, nor to more than double what you pay today.
  • You decide. When you get the notice you can Accept, Dispute (tell us you believe there is a mistake, with your reasons and, if you want, supporting evidence) or ask us to Talk.
  • If you dispute, the change is put on hold. You keep paying the same as today until TRUJO TECHNOLOGIES answers you in writing in your panel. If after reading the answer you still disagree, you can dispute again or cancel without any penalty.
  • If you do not respond. If the date of the change arrives and you did not dispute it, the change takes effect that day. That is why the notice tells you the exact date and we remind you in your panel while it is open. If you missed it and you believe the change is a mistake, write to us: we will review it.
  • We also lower prices. If your usage drops a lot, we offer you a lower monthly fee. Decreases take effect without you having to accept them.

6. Your data is yours

  • The data of your business and of your customers is yours. TRUJO TECHNOLOGIES uses it only to provide you the service; it does not sell it or use it for its own purposes.
  • Regarding the personal data of your customers, contacts or employees, you are the data controller and TRUJO TECHNOLOGIES acts as data processor, under Law 1581 of 2012 and Decree 1377 of 2013. You are in charge of having those people's authorization, and express authorization when it involves sensitive data such as the fingerprint in the biometric system.
  • To provide the service we rely on providers, some of them outside Colombia, whose list we publish on our trust page.
  • If you leave, we hand it over to you. Whenever you ask, during the service or after cancelling it, we deliver your data (for example, customers, products, orders and sales) in a format you can open in a spreadsheet. If you also want us to delete it, you ask us and we do it, except for what the law requires us to keep.
  • Our full privacy policy is at https://trujotechnologies.com/legal/privacy.

7. Pause without losing anything

  • If your trial ends without a plan or a payment is left pending, we notify you first. If it is not resolved, the account is paused: the assistant stops responding, but we do not delete anything.
  • As soon as you pay, your account works again on its own, with everything you had.

8. How to cancel

  • You can cancel whenever you want by writing to us at [email protected] or by WhatsApp. There is no minimum term and no fee for cancelling.
  • The cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for, and until that day you keep using the service.
  • If you signed up online, by WhatsApp or by phone, you also have the right of withdrawal within five (5) business days afterwards (article 47 of Law 1480 of 2011); we refund what you paid within the following 30 days.
  • When you cancel, we deliver your data if you ask for it (section 6).

9. Support

  • You can write to us from the panel (Help), by WhatsApp or at [email protected]. The support that corresponds to your plan is shown in the help panel before you write.
  • To solve a problem, an authorized person from TRUJO TECHNOLOGIES may enter your account, including viewing conversations. That access is limited to what is necessary, it is recorded (who, when and to which account) and it is view-only, unless something needs to be changed to solve what you asked for.
  • We do our best to keep the service always available, but there may be maintenance or third-party failures (for example, from Meta or WhatsApp). When there is maintenance we announce it in your panel.

10. The artificial intelligence assistant

  • The assistant responds using third-party artificial intelligence models. It can make mistakes, leave something out or give outdated information.
  • You configure and review what the assistant knows: catalog, prices, promotions, opening hours and instructions. You can pause it and take over yourself at any time, and we ask you to do so when a conversation needs it.
  • What the assistant replies is not an offer from TRUJO TECHNOLOGIES: towards your customers, you are the one responsible, as the owner of the WhatsApp account the messages are sent from.

11. What belongs to TRUJO TECHNOLOGIES

  • The software, the panel, its screens and flows, the assistants' instructions, the templates, the reports and the structure of plans and prices belong to TRUJO TECHNOLOGIES S.A.S. As long as your plan is up to date you can use them for your business; that does not transfer their ownership to you.
  • It is not allowed to copy or imitate the platform for your own product or someone else's, to extract information automatically, to try to obtain the code or the assistants' instructions, to share access with competitors, to resell the service without a written agency agreement, or to create several accounts to get more free trials.
  • If that happens, we may suspend the service and exercise the actions the law allows (Law 23 of 1982, Andean Decision 351 of 1993, Andean Decision 486 of 2000, Law 256 of 1996, articles 270 to 272 of the Colombian Penal Code and Law 1273 of 2009).

12. What you sell and what you publish

  • You are responsible for your products and services, their prices, shipping, exchanges and warranties, and for them being legal. Towards your customers, the supplier under Law 1480 of 2011 is you.
  • The photos, texts, logos and trademarks you upload must be yours or have their owner's permission. Counterfeit products, replicas presented as originals, or anything prohibited by law or by Meta's and WhatsApp's policies may not be offered.
  • If Meta or WhatsApp block your number or your catalog because of what you sell or publish, that does not entitle you to a refund.
  • When we upload your catalog or your photos because you ask us to, we do it with what you give us: it is still yours and we ask you to review it.
  • In the face of a well-founded complaint from a third party, or a request from an authority or from Meta, we may remove the content or pause the assistant to protect the service and the other accounts. We tell you why.

13. How far our liability goes

  • Except in cases of fraud (dolo) or gross negligence, the most TRUJO TECHNOLOGIES is liable for in any claim about the service is what you paid in the three (3) months before the event that gave rise to it.
  • We are not liable for third-party failures beyond our control, such as Meta or WhatsApp, nor for decisions you make based solely on what the assistant replied.
  • None of this limits the rights the law gives you as a consumer, including the legal warranty of article 7 of Law 1480 of 2011. For equipment (hardware) we pass on the manufacturer's warranty to you and accompany you through the process.

14. Changes to these terms

  • If we change these terms, we show you the new version in your panel at least 15 days in advance and ask you to accept it. Using the panel does not count as accepting it.
  • If you do not agree with the new version, you can write to us or cancel without penalty before it takes effect.
  • Price changes always follow the rules of section 5.

15. Law and resolution of disagreements

  • These terms are governed by Colombian law.
  • If we have a disagreement, we first talk it over and resolve it in writing. If it is not resolved, we take it before the competent judges of Bogotá, D.C., without prejudice to the rights the law gives you as a consumer.
