We respect your right to the deletion of personal data. You may request the complete deletion of your data at any time, free of charge and without the need for justification.
What data can we delete?
Upon your request, we will delete:
- Conversation history with TRUJO BOT.
- Contact data you provided (name, email, phone number).
- Profile information and stored preferences.
- Usage and interaction records with the service.
- Any personal data associated with your WhatsApp number.
Note: Certain data may be retained due to legal obligations (up to the maximum period established by applicable Colombian law) or for security purposes. We will inform you if this exception applies.
How to request deletion?
Option 1: By email
Send an email to [email protected] with:
- Subject: "Data Deletion Request"
- Your WhatsApp number (with country code, e.g.: +57 3XXXXXXXXX)
- Description of the data you wish to delete (or "all my data")
- Optionally: name and associated email address
Option 2: Via WhatsApp
Send a message to +57 317 294 6935 with the text:
You will receive confirmation that the process has been initiated.
Timelines and Process

Revoking Facebook/Meta Access
If you authorized access to TRUJO BOT through Facebook Login or Meta, you can revoke access directly:
- Go to Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites.
- Find TRUJO BOT and select Remove.
- Then send us a deletion request by email so we can remove the data from our servers.
Checking the Status of Your Request
You may check the status of your request by sending an email to [email protected] with the confirmation number you will receive when the process begins.

- Decree 1377 of 2013 -- Regulation of Law 1581
- GDPR -- General Data Protection Regulation (Europe, where applicable)
