Prices exclude VAT; with an electronic invoice 19 % VAT is added. Prices in Colombian pesos for Bogotá. Outside the city or in distant areas, transport is added and we tell you beforehand. If damage is physical and serious (e.g. a clicking drive), we tell you before charging anything.

Frequent questions
Do I lose my files when you reinstall?
No. Before reinstalling we back up your documents, photos and bookmarks, and put them back at the end.
Do you work with Mac?
Yes for backups, setup, networking and data migration. Mac hardware repairs are referred to a specialized service.
Can I buy the drive or memory myself?
Of course. We tell you exactly which part fits your machine and you only pay for labor.
